Problems with solidified manure layers?

MicroAktiv^®-DL is a synergistic mixture of selected, adapted micro-organisms for deodorizing and liquefying animal manure. The bacteria and enzymes of MicroAktiv^®-DL break down manure crusts so that the manure becomes liquid again and can be pumped out of the manure pit. With preventive use, the formation of crusts is prevented.

Composition

MicroAktiv^®-DL consists of selected, adapted micro-organisms in a concentration of >3 x 10⁹ cfu/gram,
surfactants, buffers and enzymes.

Dosage

In general, MicroAktiv^®-DL is mixed with water and sprayed over the manure heap or directly into the manure pit while mixing the manure. The following dosing guidelines apply:

Manure / Manure cellars / Wells / Bassins

• Mix the product in equal weight of warm water (1 kg of product to 1 liter of water)
• After pumping out the cellar/well, start with 2 kg/30 m³ cellar/well volume
• Maintenance dose of 0.25 kg/30 m³ manure.

To break crusts

• Add 2 Kg/30 m³ cellar/well volume 2 weeks before pumping;
• Mix the contents of the cellar/well;
• Repeat the above 1 week before pumping
• Keep moist
