Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full or partial refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@microaktiv.com.

Sold Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items or special offers cannot be returned.

Exchange or Return

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you want to return or exchange the product for the same item, first send us an email (info@microaktiv.com) with the reason for this together with clear photos of the possible defect and after our confirmation you send the item.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we paid it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
